About Hameck Pipeline Company

Hameck Pipeline Company (HPC) is a new enterprise that was started to focus exclusively on natural gas pipelines, right of ways and easements for transportation and processing of natural gas in the Continental United States. HPC believes that the increasing demand for natural gas across the United States has the industry poised for ongoing and continuous growth throughout the next three to four decades. There is an enormous deficiency in the location of natural gas at the well head versus the final destination for end users who will ultimately consume the gas that is transported by HPC. The natural gas pipeline industry is significantly fragmented and is aching for the aggregation of assets and pipeline systems. HPC hopes to aid in this dilemma with its model of locating "one-off" and stranded lines that are key components needed for this aggregation but often go unnoticed by larger midstream companies.

HPC will not attempt to be a direct competitor of the large midstream companies. HPC intends to focus on a service oriented industry that unveils the needs of producers and exploration companies and combines those needs with cash flowing ventures such as a pipeline business. There are major shortages of natural gas pipeline systems and processing infrastructures in many of the new gas trends that are being discovered and brought to market. These emerging trends will be new sources of opportunity and massive growth potential for companies like HPC. Investors and industry insiders are recognizing the dilemma and have started financially supporting and backing companies similar to HPC. HPC believes that natural gas pipelines are merely real estate plays with virtually no commodity risk or no exploration risk.

HPC specializes in natural gas gathering, compression, processing, transportation and the distribution of natural gas from domestic producers to larger regional carriers as well as interstate and intrastate midstream companies. HPC is a niche player with a specific focus on undervalued and un-entitled projects that offer tremendous upside potential and long-term cash flowing models. America's underground highways are being built and will continue to create opportunities for growth through major expansions. Hameck Pipeline Company sees the future and will offer those parties interested in this sector a method by which they can educate themselves, participate, and be a part of this growth driven market.
